1-1 What type of payment options do you accept?
Currently, we only accept Paypal payments online. It is possible to pay for items with your credit card using Paypal. Other than that, we can arrange for a bank transfer or payment via cheque however you will need to email the order to us manually at henry@playmore-sports.com.
1-2 How long does it take to process an order?
Believe it or not, every garment you order is custom made so it takes 3-4 weeks from the time of payment (not including shipping time).
1-3 What if I want to make some minor changes to the item?
Well one of the advantages of having the garment custom made is we can tailor it to your needs for no extra charge (within reason of course). So, if you want to add 1" here or there.... no problem. We can even make some minor graphic changes to the garment! Almost anything is possible but please contact us first.
1-4 What is the relationship between WIHO and Playmore-Sports?
Playmore is the manufacturer of the WIHO sportswear on this site. Other than that, we are not affiliated with WIHO in any way.
1-5 If I want the item customized, where do I put all the information?
A representative will contact you via email and discuss your requirements in detail. So please use a valid email address.
1-6 What happens after I submit my order?
A representative will contact you at the email address provided to ensure all the details are correct. For a custom order, a job sheet will be sent to you for approval.
